Randy Prothero entered the real estate industry in 1983 and after taking a sabbatical for several years re-entered the industry in 2003. He teaches real estate classes for Realtors and coaches several real estate agents. Not only has he managed multiple brokerages, but he’s also recognized as one of the top salespeople on Oahu by Honolulu Magazine and Hawaii Business Magazine. Over 100 of Randy’s blog articles have been nationally featured, allowing him to network with top agents across the country. He’s partnered with Shannon Zerfas, formally a marketing and strategy executive at Nike World Headquarters. Shannon began investing in real estate as a hobby but soon fell in love and made it her full time profession. Her background in investing and global marketing allows the Prothero Group to engage in innovative marketing strategies that are unique to each transaction.
